3. Use the 3000 grit side for fine grinding at a 10~30 degree angle, followed by the 8000 grit side for fine polishing to achieve a near-perfect edge.
4. Place the blade on the leather strop, gently push the blade upwards to remove any lingering metal burrs from the edge, then wash and dry the blade for use.
